These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.asteralpine.com and any related pages, content, and features (collectively, the "Site"), operated by AsterAlpine Capital, LLC ("AsterAlpine," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Certain areas of the Site, including investor registration, are intended solely for accredited investors and qualified purchasers as those terms are defined under U.S. federal securities laws. By using those areas, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility criteria and that the information you provide is accurate.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and AsterAlpine regarding the Site.
